• Orders and deliveries can only be completed to an Aruba address.
  • Orders must be confirmed before 2pm each day, Monday to Friday, for same day delivery.
  • Orders must be confirmed before 12pm on Saturday, for Saturday, and Sunday deliveries.
  • Delivery hours are Monday through Sunday 12pm - 10pm.
  • Order confirmations are sent to the Email provided at checkout.
  • Orders can be pre-delivered to your residence, or event prior to your arrival. Enter the time and date of your arrival along with any instructions in our delivery calendar at checkout. You can also refer to our CONTACT page to arrange your order and give us the details.
  • On line orders can only be completed with an approved credit card provider. Cash payment option is available. Contact us directly via WhatsApp or Email to complete a cash order request.
  • We offer a personal delivery service experience and are happy to have direct communication with our customers. We will work with you to arrange any specific details that could make the delivery of your order more convenient for you.
  • Be assured Imperial will execute all deliveries in a professional, and timely fashion. If we can not do so after exhausting all contacts, addresses, and directions, we will not be held responsible. In such cases, we will work with the customer to deliver their order at another time or address for an additional $20 USD delivery fee.
  • Orders can be refunded before delivery for a $20 service fee if below $200, and a $40 service fee if above $200. No refunds after delivery has been accepted.
