Description: Rich, well balanced, and silky. The flavour profile is dark chocolate, cocktail cherries, blueberry and oak with notes of mocha. Interwoven hints of red beet, spearmint, nutmeg and anise arise. The tannins impart a fine texture that drift away nicely into a refined, dry finish.
