Description: A nose that is perfumed and complex with notes of candied citrus fruits and roasted tannic flavours. The palate is powerful, with a great aromatic richness. Almost explosive with cooked pear, citrus fruits, cinnamon, and pepper. Aged in oak, this rum has a long, rich flavour which is accented by subtle complexities through to its finish.
