Description: Locally sourced, hand harvested 100% Silvestre agave harnesses an ancient, and original organic production process. This method, along with varying micro climates and terroir gives creation its own unique, rich, sweet and smoky character. A true single village mezcal that has a medium nose, a complex taste, lots of citrus and a long smooth finish with overtones of mint.
