Intriguing less assertive aromatics offer more complexity like sage, olive, leaf/turmeric spices, and caper brine. Reticent oak manifested as its maturation character. On the palate, the wine is medium bodied and elegantly framed. Blackcurrant and plum fruits sit alongside mocha, chocolate, walnut flavours. Mouth watering taste with fine, rounded and polished tannins that finish with a muscular finesse.
