Description: The Colour is a bright pale yellow with silver highlights. On the nose, mineral scents are expressed to finally give way to floral and vegetal aromas, enhanced by delicately spicy cinnamon keys. On the palate, the attack of this champagne is surprisingly intense, brighlty fresh on citrus notes. The texture evolves into a more rounded and silky aspect, giving way to the expression of white peach in syrup flavours with a finish that is long and intense.
